You can’t make this up
From the “Just when you thought their credibility couldn’t get any worse department”:
The geniuses who run the official website for the OTC Bulletin Board have sunk to a new low. They now initiate a popup window to warn investors about the dangers of “Spam, Faxes and Pop-Up Ads” (see actual screenshot to the left).
The pop-up they send actually has the audacity to say “If you are the recipient of…pop-up ads, please read the following: The OTCBB does NOT under any circumstances send or support in any way the generation of unsolicited messages to any person’s PC.”
That might be more believable IF THE MESSAGE DIDN’T APPEAR IN A POP-UP WINDOW.
