- Transbotics Sign Letter of Intent for Sale of Company and Intends to Go Private - TNSB will soon be no longer.
- US Gold Outlines Nevada Exploration Program - US Gold (Amex:UXG) didn’t have anything exciting to report about drilling in Nevada, but at least it has recommenced drilling there. According to McEwen, UXG has “improved the odds of making a discovery” after changes to the Nevada program.

- Advocat Announces 2008 Second Quarter Results - Advocat (Nasdaq:AVCA) revenues were up 28% but the stock was hammered on a steep decline in earnings. The culprit? Liability charges, versus reversals last year. Advocat needs to get the lawsuits in check if it is to restore earnings growth.
- ZVUE Chart - July 2008 was the first month in recent memory where I have not received hate email from ZVUE pumpers. Maybe that’s because the stock now trades under twenty cents, down from about $7 when I first discussed ZVUE’s flaws.
DISCLOSURE: Long UXG.
