- Global Aircraft Solutions Announces Management and Board Changes – CEO Ian Herman is out at Global Aircraft (OTCBB:GACF). Unfortunately, so is the prior guidance for profits in Q2. GACF now expects a loss on one-time charges, though core operations appear to be ok. Could be a buy in low $.20s.
- General Employment Reports Third Quarter Results – I like the ticker (AMEX:JOB) but these results are terrible.
- Secured Digital Provides Revenue Forecast for Q2 2008 – Secured Digital (OTCBB:SDGL) projects profits in Q2 and reaffirms fiscal year forecast. This should put a floor under the stock.
- Air Industries Chief Executive Provides Update on Aerospace Growth Initiatives – As a shareholder, there is nothing more annoying than a CEO who wants to provide “updates” on initiatives. Either you have succeeded, and have something to announce, or get back to work.
- NetSol Technologies Initiates Full Year Fiscal 2009 Financial Guidance – NetSol (Nasdaq:NTWK) projects $.40 to $.46 GAAP earnings for 2009. Nice!
- Smart Balance: Tasty Takeover Target? – Forbes.com sees a takeout for Smart Balance (Nasdaq:SMBL) which recently went public via a SPAC.
- NewMarket Technology, Inc. Announces $10.5 Million Managed Services Contract With WBA Telecommunications, S.A. – Whats this? Another real press release for NewMarket Technology (OTCBB:NMKT)? I’m sure it will quickly be followed by a litany of “letters to shareholders,” restructuring plans, thoughts on the otc bb market, and general over-sharing from the CEO.
