Microcap VoIP equipment company Vodavi Technology (VTEK) remains a bargain after Speakeasy deal

Shares of microcap VoIP equipment provider Vodavi Technology (VTEK) (articles) remain in the bargain bin even though the company inked another supplier agreement this week. Speakeasy, one of the nation’s largest non-incumbent broadband ISP’s (i.e. not phone or cable company), will market Vodavi’s 6800 series of phones to Speakeasy business VoIP customers.

EuroWeb to dump up to $10 million into Hungarian real estate ventures

EuroWeb International Corp. (EWEB) (articles) dashed investors hopes that it would use its cash hoard for a special dividend or share buyback.
On Thursday, after the market closed, the company filed an 8-K report with the SEC stating that the company would put up to $10 million into Hungarian real estate.
